About the Chef
Apoorva Choudhary
Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2023 and trained under some of the best pastry chefs in France. Chef Apoorva, with her zeal for patisserie, brought her talents to Le Burgundy to further hone them. Working at one of the finest establishments in France gave her the exposure and the skills to start her own dessert boutique - Bakeóla.
